We provide shipping and delivery services to all regions and cities of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.
Orders are prepared daily and submitted for delivery to the shipping company (except Friday)
Order processing time may increase during seasonal periods, sales, and discount codes (if any).
So please take into consideration 1 to 3 additional business days for order processing.
The shipping company's delivery time after receiving orders from our warehouses ranges from:
Dammam - Buqayq
2-5 working days
Other major cities
2-5 working days
Villages, settlements and remote areas
2-6 working days
*The above timeframes are subject to the customer's response to customer service and the shipping company, which helps in delivering orders faster.
** For every delivery attempt that does not receive a response or reply, one business day will be added to the above delivery timeframe, which forces the delivery period to reach 7 business days in some cases.
If the customer does not receive the order due to lack of response or delay in receiving it, the shipping company will return the order to us, and this will result in the order amount being returned to the customer less the shipping cost of 20 riyals (including value-added tax) in addition to the shipping company’s return order fee of 10 riyals (including value-added tax).
